Currently, most explosion-proof variable frequency motors use a constant control system. This system is characterized by its simple structure and low manufacturing cost, making it widely used in large-scale equipment such as wind turbines where the dynamic performance requirements of the variable frequency system are not very high. This new system is an open-loop control system that can meet the requirements of most explosion-proof variable frequency motors for smooth variable speed, but its dynamic and static adjustment performance is relatively limited, so it cannot be used in places with strict requirements. Currently, to adjust the dynamic and static performance, a closed-loop control system must be used. With the advent of new explosion-proof variable frequency motors developed by scientists and engineers, this new speed regulation method achieves very high performance in both static and dynamic speed regulation, but this system can currently only be used in motors with relatively low speeds. So, what are the main features of explosion-proof variable frequency motors produced under these good conditions? Let's take a look.

Currently, explosion-proof variable frequency motors on the market use a temperature rise design and are manufactured using insulating materials. During the manufacturing process, a vacuum pressure manufacturing method is used, so that the electrical components, surrounded by insulating materials, have high mechanical strength and will not be damaged even under high-speed operation. In addition, this type of explosion-proof variable frequency motor has very high balance quality, can produce high-precision mechanical parts, and uses high-precision bearings, allowing for high-speed operation. It also uses a forced ventilation cooling system, using ultra-quiet, long-life, and strong axial flow materials to ensure effective heat dissipation of the motor under various operating conditions, enabling long-term operation.

Compared with traditional variable frequency motors, explosion-proof variable frequency motors, after professional design, have a wider speed regulation range and stronger quality. Through special magnetic field design, higher-order harmonic magnetic fields can be further suppressed to meet the design indicators of energy saving, low noise, and wide speed range. It has good electrical performance, its installation dimensions conform to current relevant standards, and it has stronger interchangeability with standard motors.
