This series of flameproof motors is a basic series of fully enclosed, self-fan-cooled, squirrel-cage high-efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors developed by our company based on the unified design of the industry. The power level and installation method comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. The efficiency index complies with the secondary energy efficiency standard in GB 18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Motors", and meets the IE4 efficiency standard of the international standard IEC 60034, which can effectively reduce energy consumption.
The YBX4 series motors with the explosion-proof mark Exdb IIB T4 Gb comply with the provisions of Q/DJSD006 - 2023 "Technical Conditions for YBX4 Series High-efficiency Flameproof Three-phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Size 63 - 355)". The explosion-proof performance complies with the provisions of GB/T3836.1-2021 "Explosive atmospheres Part 1: General requirements for equipment" and GB/T3836.2-2021 "Explosive atmospheres Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosures". The motor with the explosion-proof mark Exdb IIB T4 Gb is suitable for places with explosive gas environments containing explosive mixtures of flammable gases or vapors and air, and temperature groups of T1 ~ T4.
