In May 2014, DaSu Motor successfully held its ninth "DaSu Employee Sports Meeting." Thanks to the collective efforts of all athletes, referees, and staff, the event concluded successfully. The entire sports meeting was enthusiastic and orderly, fully reflecting the positive spirit of DaSu employees. From beginning to end, the sports meeting demonstrated collective cohesion and centripetal force, ensuring the successful completion of the competition.
Full participation and active cooperation. The sports meeting received significant attention from leadership, with active participation from all workshops. Workshop directors led by example, actively forming teams and participating enthusiastically. Athletes fought bravely for their teams and for the spirit of their workshop colleagues. Our participating athletes, lacking time during the workday, sacrificed their rest time to practice after work. Through diligent practice, the athletes significantly improved their skills and competition level.
Each team demonstrated a sense of responsibility and the bigger picture, adhering to the principles of "friendship first, competition second" and "emphasizing participation, learning, improvement, and enjoyment." They actively cooperated with the referees and staff, showcasing their skills, style, and friendship. Through everyone's collective efforts, the sports meeting proceeded smoothly without any incidents such as suspensions or boycotts. All athletes demonstrated a tenacious spirit, fearlessly enduring hardship and sweat, showcasing their true skills, genuine friendship, and true style.
Developing our business requires not only a high-quality workforce but also a strong and resilient workforce with a spirit of perseverance and hard work. The annual sports meeting aims to cultivate this workforce and promote a spirit of striving for excellence. The competition achieved the goals of encouraging, motivating, and uniting people, increasing employee participation in sports activities. We also discovered a number of talented athletes, witnessing the dedication and passion of DaSu employees for their work.
