【Chamber of Commerce】Visit to Yang Jiming, Executive Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Daji (Group) Co., Ltd.

On the morning of April 14, Cai Weijie, assistant secretary-general of the Shanghai Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and secretary of the Party branch of the Shanghai Taizhou Chamber of Commerce; Feng Hongjun, secretary-general of the Shanghai Taizhou Chamber of Commerce; and Tang Yiru, secretary-general of the Luqiao Shanghai Chamber of Commerce, led a visit to Yang Jiming, executive vice president of the Chamber of Commerce and chairman of Da Ji (Group) Co., Ltd., to investigate the company's resumption of work and production. Yang Jiming welcomed the visitors and warmly received them. Both sides exchanged views on the company's recent situation and the work of the Chamber of Commerce.

 

 

 

Yang Jiming first introduced the company's development history, industrial layout, and series of products. He started from scratch in 1988, starting from a family workshop to the current group company. He successively established Zhejiang Dasu Motor Co., Ltd. in 1994, Shanghai Lichuang Motor Co., Ltd. in 1999, Shanghai Dasu Motor Co., Ltd. in 2001, Dasu Motor Co., Ltd. in 2006, and Da Gao Motor Co., Ltd. in 2016, among other companies. After asset restructuring in 2016, he established Da Ji Group in Shanghai. The company is located in four places: Luqiao, Taizhou; Jinshan, Shanghai; Songjiang, Shanghai; and Sanmen, Taizhou.

Yang Jiming expressed his gratitude for the Chamber of Commerce's concern and support, stating that the group's resumption of work and production is progressing smoothly and its operations are sound. He explained that the factory arranges motor processing positions in a point-like layout to increase the distance between them, ensuring smooth airflow in the workshop. Daily temperature checks for employees and disinfection of the workshop and office areas are also conducted. Fortunately, the impact of the epidemic on the motor industry has been relatively limited. After resuming work, the company has received orders and is working overtime to increase production, indicating a positive outlook. As the secretary of the Party branch of the Luqiao Shanghai Chamber of Commerce, Yang also mentioned that the mobile Party branch provides convenience for members whose organizational relations are not in Shanghai. The Luqiao Chamber of Commerce Party branch held many activities last year, allowing members to participate in organizational life, study the Party's guidelines and policies, and understand the Party's spirit without returning to their hometowns. He hopes to have the opportunity to learn and exchange with Party members from the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and the Taizhou Chamber of Commerce, jointly cultivate Party spirit, and lead the development of the Chamber of Commerce through Party building.

Cai Weijie stated that this visit to Da Ji Group aims to understand the company's resumption of work and production to facilitate timely assistance from the Chamber of Commerce, and to learn about the company's development, construction, and operation experience. He expressed his hope to learn from Da Ji Group in Party building and use Party building as a platform for exchange between brother chambers of commerce, combining Party building with the work of the Chamber of Commerce and enterprise development. He mentioned that under the national strategy of the Yangtze River Delta integration, the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce actively promotes the planning and construction of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Center for Zhejiang businesses in the Yangtze River Delta, attracting the headquarters of Yangtze River Delta enterprises to Hongqiao to better serve enterprises. He hopes that more high-quality Zhejiang businesses will invest and develop in Hongqiao.
