First, remove the motor fan cover. If a pulley is installed, remove the impeller after removing it (if no pulley is installed, remove it from the rear cover), tighten the 6 or 8 bolts on the top cover, remove the motor bearing end cover and terminal cover, and pull out the rotor; then erect the stator, and bake it with a 200-watt bulb in the stator hole for 2 hours. Remember to cover the top of the stator appropriately during baking to prevent the stator from dissipating heat too quickly, keeping it at 80~100. The insulation resistance measured by the megohmmeter is 5mΩ.

Try not to damage the enamelled wire during disassembly. If the insulation layer of the enamelled wire is damaged, you can go to a store selling enamelled wire to bake it dry. There is also the problem of bearings. If you clean bearings without dust covers with kerosene or diesel oil, add appropriate calcium-based grease. If bearings with dust covers can be baked at 80~100°C for two hours, you can also place the bulb underneath when baking the stator, gently press the bearing on the bulb together, and then clean the debris inside the motor housing and end cover, and gradually reinstall it. After completion, conduct a no-load test, and only use it after confirming that there are no abnormalities.
