How is the CT4 motor maintained on a daily basis?

In daily production, CT4 motor also requires regular maintenance, and the normal operation of the CT4 motor is closely related to daily maintenance. The following is a brief introduction to the daily maintenance of the CT4 motor:
1. The general use environment should be dry and ventilated, the surface clean, and the CT4 motor should not be obstructed by dust, fibers, etc. Maintain good ventilation.
2. Before use, check the power supply, inverter, motor, etc., and ensure there are no abnormalities in the power supply. Start the fan before starting the motor.
3. Ensure that the CT4 motor is well lubricated during operation. Generally, when the motor has run for about 4000 hours, the lubricating grease should be replenished or replaced (lubricating grease does not need to be replaced within the service life of the closed bearing). If the bearing overheats or the lubricating grease deteriorates during operation, the lubricating grease should be replaced in time. When replacing the lubricating grease, clean the old lubricating grease, clean the bearing and bearing cover oil groove with gasoline, and then fill 2/3 of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the small and medium-sized motor bearing lubricating grease.
4. After the bearing life is over, the vibration and noise of the CT4 motor will increase significantly, so the bearing should be replaced.
5. When disassembling the CT4 motor, the rotor can be removed from the shaft extension end or the non-shaft extension end. If the fan does not need to be removed, it is more convenient to remove the rotor from the extended end of the shaft. When removing the rotor from the stator, the stator windings or insulation layer should be protected from damage.
6. When replacing the windings, the form, size, number of turns, and wire gauge of the original windings must be recorded. When this data is lost, we should consult the manufacturer and arbitrarily changing the original design windings will often worsen one or several performance of the motor, or even make it unusable.
7. Cut off the power when repairing the CT4 motor.
8. Regular spraying not only improves the appearance but also prevents the shell from corroding; otherwise, the CT4 motor will become thinner, and the weight will not be too large.
9. Detection CT4 motor : current, voltage, whether the bearing is overheating, whether there is any abnormal operation, whether there is any unusual smell, whether the junction box is loose, and ensure that the motor is operating stably.
10. Arrange professional technicians to be on duty.
Both CT4 and BT4 motors are explosion-proof motors. CT4 and BT4 are explosion-proof marks. The differences between CT4 and BT4 motors are as follows:
1. Different grades
CT4 motor The explosion-proof grade is ExdIICT4, and the explosion-proof grade of the BT4 motor is ExdIIBT4, which is lower than that of the CT4 motor.
2. Different application ranges
CT has a wide range of uses.
3. Different applicable gas environments
CT is the explosion-proof grade for acetylene and hydrogen. If there are gases such as acetylene and hydrogen in the environment, a CT-grade explosion-proof motor should be used. BT cannot be used in acetylene gas operation sites. This is just a medium explosion-proof definition.
